Rewards Programs

One of my favorite things (for as long as I’ve been spending my own money) is rewards programs. If a store that I shop at — even once a year — as a rewards program (and it’s free) I’ll join it. Since I love rewards programs so much, I thought I’d share some that I’m aware of with you. (I won’t be listing grocery stores because pretty much every grocery store has them and it’s obvious.) If there are any that I’ve missed (even if they’re regional and not national), please share!

ACE Hardware  :: ACE Rewards :: 1,000 free bonus points on your first purchase – 10 points per $1 spent – every 2,500 accrued gets you a $5 reward – member-only offers – e-rebates

Aerie :: A-List :: this program is in-store only – free gift on your birthday – you pick one Thursday each month to receive a free gift in-store

Ann Taylor :: Style Rewards :: 5 points per $1 spent – 15% off first purchase with card – 2,000 points = $20 reward – birthday bonus – rewards can be used at Ann Taylor or LOFT – special offers

Big Lots :: BuzzClub Rewards :: Make 10 qualifying purchases of $20 or more within a 12-month period and earn a 20% discount on a future purchase.

Borders :: Borders Rewards :: member-only coupons emailed weekly – for every $150 spent, earn $5 in Borders Bucks – plus they have a Border’s Perks program you can join too

Coca-Cola :: My Coke Rewards :: earn points from codes on Coke products (i.e., 20 oz soda = 3 points) – redeem for rewards like magazine subscriptions or sweepstakes entries

New York & Co. :: NY&C Rewards Club :: get a $25 reward every 5 purchases made – discount for week of your birthday – exclusive savings and offers all year long

Nine West :: Nine Loves :: shoe rewards program – $1 = 10 points – gift on your birthday – member-only incentives and promos

Office Depot :: Worklife Rewards :: earn 10% back on ink, toner, paper & design, and print & ship services – earn 1% back on everything else – minimum of $10 must be accrued to get reward certificate mailed out (but your amount earned will carry over to the next quarter if you did not earn $10)
