I was recently given the opportunity to try out NEW Fiber One 50 Calorie Yogurt by My Blog Spark. I’ll be honest, when I bought it I wasn’t that thrilled to try it, thinking it wouldn’t taste that good. Boy was I wrong! Seriously, this was some of the best yogurt I’ve ever had. I chose to try the strawberry flavor. It was creamy and had pieces of real strawberries in it. The best part of all — it’s only 50 calories, has 5 grams of fiber, and 0 grams of fat!
This product has also been approved by Hungry Girl, calling it a Zero Guilt snack!
